Centrica are a large multinational home energy company with well-known brands such as British Gas and The AA. Boasting one of the largest CRM Siebel installations in Europe, as well as a massive Citrix farm.
Initially employed by Pink Roccade as part of its remote desktop support team in Basingstoke then relocated to Centrica’s server support team after demonstrating technical aptitude, and receiving praise from end users and various managers.
